Student Financial Responsibility Agreement/1098T Consent

The Student Financial Responsibility Agreement (SFRA) / 1098‑T Consent form is an acknowledgment students complete to understand their financial obligations to the University of Connecticut and to agree to receive important tax documents electronically.

By signing this agreement, students confirm they are responsible for paying all charges on their fee bill by the stated deadlines and understand the terms related to billing, late fees, and collections. The 1098‑T consent portion allows the university to provide the IRS Form 1098‑T (used for education tax credits) electronically through the student portal instead of by mail.
